Following this evening’s ‘UFC On FOX 7’ event the recipients of the evening’s $50,000 fighter bonuses were announced.
Earning ‘Fight Of The Night’ honors was the main card opener between Matt Brown and Jordan Mein.
‘Knockout Of The Night’ was hotly contested with 8 (T)KO’s in total at the event matching the UFC’s record. With that in mind it’s fitting that there was two KO bonuses, which were handed to Josh Thomson for being the first man to finish Nate Diaz, and Yoel Romero for his fantastic flying knee stoppage.
Finally, the ‘Submission Of The Night’ award goes abegging as there were no sub finishes on the card.
