UFC Primetime: Dos Santos Vs Mir – Episode 2 TV Ratings

Following on from Friday night’s episode of The Ultimate Fighter: Live on FX was the second episode of the ‘UFC Primetime: Dos Santos Vs Mir’, documenting the two fighters build-up to their title fight at UFC 146 this weekend.

The episode drew an average of 544,000 viewers, a gain of 4,000 viewers over the previous week.

Given that TUF: Live’s ratings dropped by over a hundred thousand viewers on Friday night it’ll perhaps be a relief to the promotion that at least the Primetime show held firm, though it’s still a drop-off from the kind of ratings they used to experience for these specials on Spike TV which often drew closer to an audience around the one million mark.

Still, it does mirror what the previous 540,000 average that the Primetime: Diaz Vs Condit season on FX drew over it’s three episode run and could yet better that if the ratings continue to climb for the final episode this Friday night.
