Forrest Griffin was a recent guest on actor and comedian Jay Mohr’s podcast and afterwards he was more than willing to accept a request to show his host some of his MMA moves.
Cue Griffin applying several rear-naked choke’s on Mohr and then adding in a hit to the liver for good measure.
Luckily it was all caught on tape so we can all laugh at Mohr’s misfortune together.
