UFC welterweight title holder Georges St.Pierre once said that “If you want to be a champion you have to train like one” and he’s certainly leaving no stone unturned in his quest to get back to full fitness after a serious knee injury that’s kept him out of the Octagon recently.

He’s still unable to run unaided at the moment due to to his knee, but in a new training video we see him overcoming that by using a space-age style anti-gravity treadmill machine which supports the weight of his body, allowing him to get his jog on.


Meanwhile, Jon Jones is also looking to get creative with his training for hisupcoming fight with Rashad Evans at UFC 146, although if we’re being totally honest his methods don’t appear to be quite as high-tech as his Canadian counterpart!
