WSOF 28 Results

World Series Of Fighting 28 took place last night and we’ve got all the results for you below.

In the main event of the evening Marlon Moraes successfully defended his bantamweight title for the third time as he made light work of challenger Joseph Barajas.

Moraes began targeting Barajas’ leg with hard kicks in the opening minute and they quickly took their toll. Just over a minute into the fight a couple of those kicks left Barajas clutching his knee in pain as he fell to the mat. Moraes followed up with some ground and pound for the TKO finish with 1.13mins on the clock.

“We trained hard. This camp was very hard,” Moraes said afterwards. “That was part of the game plan – kick him – but I wanted to mix it up. I think right now, I’m the best 135-pounder in the world. I can fight with anybody, and I’m not joking. No one can take that leg kick.”
