In the main event Daniel James made up for coming off second-best in the first couple of rounds against Marcelo Golm when he started the third round with a bang, landing a nasty uppercut followed by a left hook and then another uppercut as his dazed opponent failed to get out of harm’s way, sending him falling to the canvas for the KO finish.
Meanwhile, in the co-main event Cat Zingano found herself in a back-and-forth battle with Leah McCourt that she’d eventually emerge from with a unanimous decision victory (29-28 x2, 30-27) that extended her current winning streak in the promotion to four fights.
