Long-time UFC fighter Bryan Caraway is moving on from the promotion and has now signed up to compete at Battlefield FC 2 in Macao, China later this year.
This is a somewhat surprising development as the 34-year-old Caraway is only on a two-fight losing steak in the Octagon, having suffered a split decision loss to Cody Stamman and then a TKO defeat against Pedro Munhoz.
He did however have an almost two-year injury layoff prior to that disappointing run of form.
In total Caraway had a 6-4 run during his time in the UFC, spanning a 7-year period, with his biggest wins being over the likes of Aljamain Sterling and Eddie Wineland.
There’s no reason been given for Caraway’s departure as yet, but it is known that he’ll be fighting Raja Shippen at Battlefield FC 2 on July 27th.
