Dana White Pushing For Mark Zuckerberg vs. Elon Musk Fight In UFC

During the week Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk appeared to verbally agree to the idea of having a ‘cage fight’, and now Dana White has made it known he’s more than willing to have the bout between the two moguls take place in the UFC’s Octagon.

The beef between the two stems from the fact that 39-year-old Meta owner Zuckerberg is reportedly on the verge of starting up a rival to Musk’s Twitter later this year, prompting the world’s richest man, the 51-year-old Musk, to state on his platform that, “I’m up for a cage match if he is, lol.”

“Send me location,” was Zuckerberg’s reply, mimicking an infamous quote from UFC lightweight great Khabib Nurmagomedov.

“Vegas Octagon,” was Musk’s response, which implies he wanted the fight to take place in the UFC, which is based out of Las Vegas.

And now Dana White has further hyped up this freakshow fight by stating that he’s spoken to both parties and is willing to put the fight on in the UFC, claiming it would be the biggest box-office draw of all time.

“Talked with Mark and Elon last night, both guys are absolutely dead serious about this,” White said on TMZ.

“The biggest fight of all time was Floyd and Conor, I just think it triples that — it triples what that did, there’s no limit on what that thing can make,” White declared.

White is already familiar with Zuckerberg’s interest in MMA as the Facebook and Instagram head honcho actually hired out the UFC’s APEX facility in Las Vegas last year during a Fight Night event at the facility so he and his staff could watch the show up close and personal.

It also emerged at that time that Zuckerberg had actually began training in various aspects of MMA during the global lockdown and was particularly taken with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, leading to him training with high level players and winning a no-gi white belt BJJ tournament earlier this year.

That being said, White revealed to TMZ that Musk claims he’s also trained in BJJ and was reportedly involved in a lot of street fights while growing up in South Africa.

And it should be noted that while he’s 12-years older than Zuckerberg, Musk does have a major size advantage, being 6″ taller than the 5ft 7″ Meta owner at 6ft 1″, while he’s also estimated to be around 30-45lbs heavier than Zuckerberg’s 155lb frame.

“I have this great move that I call ‘The Walrus’, where I just lie on top of my opponent & do nothing,” Musk joked on Twitter a few days ago.

“These guys would raise hundreds of millions of dollars for charity. You don’t have to be a fight fan to be interested in this fight. Everybody would want to see it,” White claimed.

“Listen, if these guys are serious, I make fights that people want to see. That’s what I do for a living. If they really want to do it and they’re serious, and we can figure out a way to pull this off, I would absolutely, positively do this.”
