Dana White ‘Still Playing’ With Couple Of Options For ‘Crazy’ UFC 300 Headliner

Dana White isn’t doing anything to dampen expectations for UFC 300’s main event in las Vegas on April 13th, telling fans that, it’s “going to be crazy.”

While that suggests that White has a big fight in mind, he also revealed that there’s still more than one possible main event for them to choose from.

“When will you get the main event?” said to fans on Instagram Live. “You guys can’t even handle the main event. We’re working on a couple of different options. Trust me, the UFC 300 main event is going to be crazy,” White said.

“We have a couple options for the main event. I’m still playing with it, I’m still playing with it. When it’s time, I will give it to you.”

It still remains to be seen if the UFC can really put together a headliner that’ll live up to the hype given the options available to them.

Perhaps the most likely option at this stage may be newly crowned middleweight champion Dricus du Plessis vs. either Israel Adesanya or Khamzat Chimaev, while light-heavyweight champion Alex Pereira, interim heavyweight champ Tom Aspinall and welterweight titleholder Leon Edwards could also lay claim to the top spot on the star-studded show, and you can never completely rule out the possibility that Conor McGregor could come back into the picture.
