Dominick Reyes vs. Carlos Ulberg Rebooked For UFC Fight Night 241

After their first fight booking at UFC 297 fell through Dominick Reyes and Carlos Ulberg have now been rescheduled to fight at UFC Fight Night 241 in Atlantic City, New Jersey on March 30th instead.

The 34-year-old Reyes fought Jon Jones for the light-heavyweight title back in February of 2020 when he was still undefeated in his 12-fight career, but despite giving a good account of himself he would go on to lose that night via unanimous decision and it’s been all downhill from their as he’s since suffered a further three losses, including being TKO’d by Jan Blachowicz and then KO’d by both Jiri Prochazka and Ryan Spann.

After well over a year out, Reyes will now return to take on the 33-year-old Ulberg, who lost his UFC debut by KO back in 2021, but has since gone on a five-fight winning streak.

That being said, he hasn’t been facing the highest level of competition yet, with his victories coming against the likes of Jung Da-Un, Ihor Potieria and Nicolae Negumereanu.

Reyes vs. Ulberg joins a UFC Fight Night 241 card that doesn’t yet have a confirmed headliner, but will feature the likes of Erin Blanchfield vs. Manon Fiorot, Chris Weidman vs. Bruno Silva and Virna Jandiroba vs. Loopy Godinez.
