Round One:

Calf kick for Giagos. Now a couple of punches upstairs and Bahamondes lands a leg kick. Giagos presses forward with punches.

Overhand from Giagos and a counter from Bahamondes. calf kick for Bahamondes. Well timed uppercut from Bahamondes as Giagos presses forward.

Missed spinning backfist from Bahamondes. Giagos clinches up thinking about a takedown. He lands a knee to the body and drives Bahamondes over to the cage.

Bahamondes able to move away. Jab for him. Left hand from Giagos. solid inside leg kick from Bahamondes. Low kick from Giagos too. Bahamondes with more strikes and then a head kick that seemed to get through, but Giagos takes it.

Bahamondes with a spinning back kick to the body. Giagos presses forward with strikes, but eats a counter and his legs buckle for a moment. Bahamondes trying to follow up, but all credit to Giagos as he manages to survive and stay in the fight despite that offensive pressure from Bahamondes.

Straight punch from Giagos. left hand counter for Bahamondes. Good jab from him. Suddenly a perfectly placed left head kick from Bahamondes sends Giagos slumping to the canvas against the cage, and that’s it, big TKO finish from Bahamondes at 3.34mins of the first round!
