Invicta FC 27 took place last night in Kansas City and we’ve got all the results for you below.
In the main event of the evening, former UFC fighter Sarah Kaufman cruised to a clean sweep on the scorecards (30-27 x3) against Pannie Kianzad.
The ex-Strikeforce bantamweight champion had been eager to prove she should still be in the UFC, but though she comfortably controlled the action on the feet and on the mat, she couldn’t find a highlight reel finish to cap off her solid all-round performance.
Meanwhile, in the main event, Vanessa Porto overwhelmed Mariana Morais with her Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, leaving her completely powerless to escape a rear-naked choke submission hold in the final minute of the opening round.
