Jamahal Hill made short work of Jimmy Crute tonight at UFC On ESPN 31, flooring him twice with precision right hooks to seal a KO finish in the opening minute of the fight.
Round One:
Crute with a calf kick to start and then a couple of early body kicks too. He lands another body kick and an inside leg kick.
Hill attempts a head kick. Right hook from Hill drops Crute, but he gets back up and keeps going, attempting a takedown that doesn’t pay off.
Crute trying to keep the pressure on despite that setback, but as he steps in Hill floors him again with that same right hook and then lands a follow-up blow on the mat to seal a knockout stoppage just 48 seconds into the opening round!
Impressive finish from Hill so early in the bout and that’ll certainly raise his stock in the division.
