UFC veteran Jim Miller will fight Nikolas Motta at UFC Fight Night 201 on February 19th in Las Vegas.
This isn’t the first time these two have been paired together as a bout between the two had originally been scheduled to take place back in September of last year, but Miller tested positive for Covid a week before the fight and the match-up was scrapped.
A month later Miller went on to fight Erick Gonzalez instead and emerged with a second round clean KO victory for the first time in his career.
That brought an end to a two-fight losing streak for the 38-year-old veteran, who had lost out on the scorecards to both Vinc Pichel and Joe Solecki.
As for the 28-year-old Motta, he’s still yet to make his official UFC debut, having initially made his way into the promotion via the Contender Series after beating Joseph Lowry all the way back in November of 2020 and currently holds a 12-3 record.
Miller vs. Motta joins a UFC Fight Night 201 that will reportedly be headlined by Rafael dos Anjos vs. Rafael Fiziev and will also feature the likes of Johnny Walker vs. Jamahal Hill, Ilir Latifi vs. Alexander Romanov and Kyle Daukaus vs. Julian Marquez.
