Khalil Rountree racked up the most impressive win of his career to date tonight at UFC 226 by KO’ing kickboxing star Gokhan Saki early in the first round.

Round One:

Leg kick for Saki to start. He goes for head kick that’s blocked. Rountree with a flurry of punches, a little tense but a left hand gets through.

Hard right hand for Saki and one in return on the counter from Rountree. Another leg kick for Saki.

Suddenly a left hand from Rountree down the pipe as Saki throws a kick and he is floored! Rountree drums down on the still dazed Saki’s head with hammer-fists and that’s it, Rountree has earned a swift knockout just 1.36mins into the first round against the kickboxing ace!
