Michael Bisping has warned Conor McGregor that he’s biting off more than he can chew by getting into a feud with Daniel Cormier.
McGregor had escalated the tension between the two in the past week by calling DC a “fat drunk f***”,” on social media, after the former two-division champ had suggested that some of ‘The Notorious’ recent behavior was “a cry for help.”
From Bisping’s perspective however, McGregor has no business being so aggressively outspoken to someone who could easily beat him in a fight.
“I’m just gonna say this: be careful what you wish for, careful who you’re picking fights with,” Bisping said on his ‘Believe You Me’ podcast. “I’m not disrespecting Conor McGregor, but I don’t care what kind of McGregor it is, whether it is the double champ Conor McGregor… DC (Daniel Cormier) is gonna fu****g pull you limb from limb. He can do it one-handed, he can do it with one eye, two eyes, no eyes, he can do it after (drinking) 25 Modelos. That ain’t a fight. That is murder. That is assault. Somebody call the cops.”
Of course McGregor was never going to let that slide and has since retaliated at Bisping during an Instagram Q&A Session.
“Bisping is a nobody on Sirius XM,” McGregor told a fan. “Rushed back to competition after being dropped / strangled and then gets shotgun slept by Gastelum’s left hand.
“Even though I collect commission on all his fights, I still said to the team to pull his Gast fight. I knew it was coming.
“But hey, 100k! 50k off the top of each fight. I used to say “yoink” every time it hit the account.”
