Ronda Rousey Hints At WWE Move, But Could Travis Browne Be Joining Her?

Rumors that Ronda Rousey is preparing to cross over to the WWE just won’t go away, and in a new walk-and-talk interview with TMZ Sports she seemed to be hinting that it is going to happen, without directly coming out and saying so.

“If you were a real fan, would you really wanna know?” Rousey teased when asked by TMZ if she was going to sign for the pro-wrestling outfit. “I enjoy it more that way, and I don’t wanna ruin anything.”

Walking alongside her at the time was her husband and fellow UFC fighter Travis Browne, and when the conversation turned to whether he might be looking to follow in Rousey’s footsteps and also try his hand at pro-wrestling, he was surprisingly open to the idea.

“We’re still making decisions on my part… I’m not gonna say no!” Browne said.

The couple have both endured a rough time of it in the Octagon over the past few years, with Rousey’s long unbeaten run at bantamweight having been shattered by a second round KO loss to Holly Holm, followed by a first round TKO against Amanda Nunes, while Browne’s career has nosedived after a four-fight losing streak.

Despite that, WWE have made it abundantly clear at every opportunity that they still see Rousey as a huge star and want her to come on-board, and by the sounds of things, if also signing Browne is required to sweeten the deal then that could be something they are willing to consider.
