Tai Tuivasa made short work of Greg Hardy in their recent heavyweight scrap at UFC 264, knocking him out in just 67 seconds, but that’s not quite the end of the story as it appears there’s still some bad blood between the two.
It all appears to stem from a recent Instagram from Hardy, who reflected on the outcome of the fight and suggested that he’d rocked Tuivasa before being finished.
“Great fight week just gotta finish the week off next time. Met him in the middle and had him doing the chicken dance,” Hardy wrote. “Just got too eager.”
However, Tuivasa didn’t like what Hardy had to say and soon let him know about it as he put him on blast.
“@greghardyjr chicken dance bruuuh ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ hahaha imma leave this here and let you fink about some fings ok!” Tuivasa responded. “Or I’ll come there and smack your other eye you eyeguy talk to much end up on your back I’m a man I hit back uce #bambam #FTA #westernsydney #totheworld #ESSSHHHAAAAYYYY #talkshitgethit.
“Ok I’m putting my phone away now !!! But don’t talk shit after I already fucked you up !!! Can meet up whenever wherever my bred ☺️☺️ #bambam #FTA #westernsydney #imnotheoneucccce #princeoffuckall.”
The stoppage victory against Hardy was Tuivasa’s third in a row, having also TKO’d Harry Hunsucker and KO’d Sean Struve in the past year.
On the other hand, Hardy has now lost two-in-a-row, having also been TKO’d by Marcin Tybura back in December of last year, leaving the former NFL player with an overall 4-4 (+1nc) record in the UFC.
