The basic salary from this past weekend’s UFC 241 event has been released and show that the evening’s biggest earner was Stipe Miocic, who was guaranteed $750,000 whether he won or lost on Saturday night (he won!).
Next up was the man he reclaimed the title from, Daniel Cormier, who was paid $500,000 for his night’s work.
Next came co-main event star Nate Diaz, who banked $250,000, while Derek Brunson earned $190,000.
Anthony Pettis trousered $155,000, just edging out Cory Sandhagen who notched up $154,000, while Yomero and Paulo Costa rounded out those earning a six-figure sum on the night, with £150,000 and $120,000 respectively.
