The final event of the year, UFC 296 takes place this coming Saturday night, December 16th in Las Vegas and we’ve got the full fight card for you below.
The stacked card is headlined by a welterweight title fight between current champion Leon Edwards, who is looking to extend his unbeaten run to 13 fights, and Colby Covington, who returns to action almost two years since his unanimous decision win over Jorge Masvidal.
In the co-main event Alexandre Pantoja prepares to attempt his first defense of the flyweight title against Brandon Royval, who has gone on a three-fight winning streak since being submitted by the champ in 2021.
Third on the bill is a welterweight fight featuring the undefeated Shavkat Rakhmonov, who has finished all five of his UFC fights so far inside the distance and now goes up against Stephen Thompson, who is coming off a TKO victory against Kevin Holland a year ago.
After losing six fights in a row, Tony Ferguson could be at the last-chance saloon on Saturday night when he goes up against Paddy Pimblett, who comes back after a year-long layoff due to ankle surgery looking to improve upon his four-fight winning streak in the UFC.
Vicente Luque got back to winning ways on the scorecards against Rafael dos Anjos last time out and now goes up against the undefeated Ian Machado Garry, who is 6-0 in the UFC so far.
