UFC Fight Night 221 takes place this coming Saturday night, March 11th in Las Vegas and we’ve got the full fight card for you below.
In the main event of the evening there’s bantamweight action as former champion Petr Yan attempts to bounce back after three losses in his last four fights when he goes up against the in-form Merab Dvalishvili, who is on an impressive eight-fight winning streak.
Heavyweight’s take the co-main event spot, with Alexander Volkov coming off a 1st round KO of Jairzinho Rozenstruik as he prepares to fight Alexander Romanov, who tasted defeat for the first time in his 17-fight career last time out.
Nikita Krylov vs. Ryan Spann was originally scheduled to headline a Fight Night card a couple of weeks ago before Krylov took ill, so now it’s been moved onto this card instead.
After logging the second spinning back-elbow KO of his UFC career last time out, Ricardo Ramos now faces Austin Lingo, who is coming off back-to-back decision wins.
Both Said Nurmagomedov and Jonathan Martinez carry four-fight winning streaks into their bantamweight showdown on the main card.
As things stand the main card is scheduled to be opened by a light-heavyweight encounter between Contender Series recruits, with the undefeated 7-0 Vitor Petrino set to make his debut against Anton Tukalj, who was submitted in his first Octagon outing last September.
