UFC Fight Night 227 takes place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas this coming Saturday night, September 16th to celebrate Mexican independence day and we’ve got the full fight card below.
In the main event there’s a flyweight title rematch as Alexa Grasso looks to defend her belt for the first time against long-time divisional queen Valentina Shevchenko, who seeks revenge for the fourth round submission loss she suffered back in March.
In the co-main event Jack Della Maddalena comes in off a five-fight winning streak to take on Kevin Holland, who has racked up back-to-back wins so far this year.
18-year-old Raul Rosas Jr’s seven-fight unbeaten start to his MMA career came to end in his 2nd UFC fight back in April and he’ll now attempt to get back to winning ways against Terrence Mitchell, who lost his UFC debut by TKO in July.
Daniel Zellhuber lost in his UFC debut almost exactly a year ago, but has since picked up a win and now fights Christos Giagos, who has shaken off back-to-back losses thanks to a KO win last time out.
Fernando Paddila won his UFC debut by TKO in April and now makes his 2nd Octagon appearance against Kyle Nelson who has had a mixed 2-4-1 run in the promotion.
