UFC Fight Night 231 takes place this coming Saturday night, November 4th in Sao Paolo, Brazil and we’ve got the full fight card below.
In the main event there’s heavyweight action as Jailton Almeida looks to make it six wins in a row since joining the UFC when he squares up to Derrick Lewis, who ended a three-fight losing streak with a 33 second TKO victory last time out.
In the co-main event the 15-0 undefeated Gabriel Bonfim comes comes in with two swift submission wins in a row so far in the Octagon to fight Nicolas Dalby, who is on a three-fight winning streak.
Rodriguo Nascimento has two split-decision wins in a row under his belt as he prepares to fight Don’Tale Mayes, who is coming off a TKO victory against Andrei Arlovski.
Former Contender Series recruit Caio Borralho has gone 4-0 in the UFC to date and will attempt to extend that run against Abus Magomedov, who was TKO’d by soon-to-be champion Sean Strickland last time out.
Rodolfo Vieira has been alternating between wins and losses in recent times and now attempts to string together back-to-back victories when he fights Armen Petrosyan, who has emerged victorious in his last two Octagon outings via the scorecards.
Opening up the main card will be Ismael Bonfim, brother of co-main event fighter Gabriel, who is 1-1 in the UFC so far and will be fighting Vinc Pichel, who has been out of action for a year-and-a-half since a decision loss to Mark O. Madsen.
