UFC Infiltrates Super Bowl Media Day (Video)

UFC 169 isn’t the only show in town this weekend in New Jersey, there’s also the small matter of the 2014 Super Bowl.

With that in mind UFC presenter Megan Olivi and UFC 169 co-main event star Ricardo Lamas infiltrated the Super Bowl media day to mingle with the stars and you can see how they got on in the video below.

Incidentally, what the video doesn’t show is an awkward moment when NFL official Dennis Kayser attempted to have Olivi and crew evicted from the building.

“We don’t want this around here,” Kayser is reported to have told Olivi. “This is wrestling stuff, right? Yeah, we don’t want that associated with us and this event. This is the NFL.”

Apparently the clueless Kayser didn’t realize that the UFC are a corporate partner with FOX who’ll broadcast the Super Bowl this weekend, but luckily Jay Glazer, who covers both the NFL and UFC for the network was able to step in and smooth things over.
