UFC On ESPN+ 1 Fight Card

The UFC’s new brodcasting deal kicks off this Saturday night, January 19th with the UFC On ESPN+ 1 event from Brooklyn, New York, which features a preliminary card on ESPN before the main card moves to ESPN+.

To headline the historic show the UFC have brought in a superfight with flyweight champion Henry Cejudo set to face off against bantamweight kingpin TJ Dillashaw at 125lbs.

In the co-main event there’s heavyweight action as controversial ex-NFL star Greg Hardy finally graduates from Dana White’s Tuesday Night contender Series to go up against Allen Crowder, another Contender Series alum with an 0-1 UFC record so far.

Undefeated lightweight Gregor Gillespie looks to expand on his five-fight UFC winning streak when he goes up against Yancy Medeiros, who has been out for almost a year since losing by TKO to Donald Cerrone.

After signing a new four-fight deal with the UFC, No.2 ranked flyweight Joseph Benavidez returns to action against the 8th ranked Dustin Ortiz.

Finally healed from the broken arm she suffered in her last fight a year ago, Paige VanZant makes her comeback against Rachael Ostovich.

Opening up the main card on ESPN+ will be a light-heavyweight encounter between Glover Teixeira and late replacement Karl Roberson.

Also look out for the fight topping the bill on the ESPN airing prelims, which sees Donald Cerrone going up against talented up-and-comer Alexander Hernandez.
