UFC On ESPN 29 takes place this coming Saturday night, 21st August in Las Vegas and we’ve got the full fight card for you below.
In the main event of the evening there’s middleweight action as the No.3 ranked Jared Cannonier fight the 9th placed Kelvin Gastelum, with both fighters looking to bounce back from a loss last time out.
In the co-main event, grizzled UFC veteran Clay Guida will look to build on a decision win over Michael Johnson last time out when he goes up against former Olympic wrestling silver medalist Mark Madsen, who is unbeaten in his 10-fight MMA career so far, including two wins inside the Octagon>
At heavyweight, Chase Sherman has picked up a win and a loss during his second stint in the UFC, which mirrors Parker Porter’s 1-1 run since joining the promotion a year ago.
Currently on a two-fight winning streak, Vinc Pichel holds an overall 6-2 record in the UFC to date, and now goes up against Austin Hubbard, who has continually bobbed between wins and losses during his 3-3 campaign.
With a 7-3 UFC record, Alexandre Pantoja holds down the No.3 spot in the flyweight rankings heading into this fight against Brandon Royval, who is just a few places behind at No.6 after a 2-1 start to his UFC run.
