Watch Joe Rogan Discuss Daniel Cormier Interview Regrets On JRE Podcast

Joe Rogan has spoken out in detail about his regrets about deciding to interview former champion Daniel Cormier in the Octagon immediately following his head kick loss to his biggest rival Jon Jones at UFC 214 on Saturday night.

On his ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ podcast, the veteran UFC color commentator claimed to have been shocked by the violent nature of ‘DC’s’ defeat and had been acting on instinct when he approached the concussed fighter to get his reaction, despite having previously vowed never to interview a fighter in the Octagon if they have been badly KO’d.

Rogan clarified that it had been entirely his own decision and he instantly realized he’d made a mistake as soon as the interview began, but by then it was too late to back out.
