Miesha Tate retired from the UFC in 2016 after a loss to Raquel Pennington, and in the years since the former bantamweight champion moved to Singapore to become a Vice-President of the One-FC promotion and also gave birth to a daughter and a son.

However, now back in the States, Tate announced earlier this year that she was making a comeback and had signed a new six-fight deal with the UFC.

In the videos below Tate highlights the hard work that has gone into getting back into fighting shape ahead of her return against Marion Reneau at UFC On ESPN 26 on July 17th.
