Former UFC middleweight champion Rich Franklin held a TEDx talk recently on the subject of ‘How To Be A Loser’ and you can watch it in full below.

A fan favorite in the UFC, Franklin has lost to some of the best in the business during his time in mixed martial arts, including the likes of Anderson Silva, Dan Henderson and Vitor Belfort, but he’s also had his fair share of big name wins too, including Chuck Liddell and Wanderlei Silva.

While the 39 year-old hasn’t officially retired from the sport, he hasn’t fought since a KO loss to Cung Le in 2012 and after taking time out to start his own Juice bar business he was recently linked to a role as Vice President of Asian promotion ONE FC.
