After a two week break it’s back to business with UFC On ESPN 7 taking place this coming Saturday night, 7th December in Washington DC.
The main event features a heavyweight clash as Alistair Overeem looks to build on back-to-back wins when he goes up against the undefeated 9-0 Jairzinho Rosenstruik, who came in on a month’s notice after Walt Harris pulled out.
In the co-main event Cynthia Calvillo fights for only the second time in two years against Marina Rodriguez, who is looking to protect her 13-fight unbeaten career run so far.
Back in the heavyweight division, ‘Big’ Ben Rothwell looks to shake off a three-fight losing streak when he battles Stefan ‘The Skyscraper’ Struve.
After suffering the first loss of her career last time out, Aspen Ladd will attempt to bounce back against Yana Kunitskaya, who has racked up two wins in a row since dropping back down to bantamweight following a loss to Cris Cyborg.
Opening up the main card will be Cody Stamann, who will be looking to improve his 18-2 career record against Song Yadong, who has put up four wins in a row since joining the UFC in 2017.
