Going back to his time in World Extreme Cagefighting and what was supposed to be a title fight in the final middleweight fight in their promotions history, Sonnen unleashed on champion Paulo Filho. Filho came in overweight in a fight that Sonnen dominated him for 15 minutes and the rest was history.
