Prelims:

Patrick Cote defeats Joe Riggs by unanimous decision (29-28 x3)

Cote rightly gets the nod from the judges in this battle of the veterans with his ground game proving to be the better of the two, while in general he was able to outwork his opponent,, staying busier on the feet too and applying more pressure en-route to a unanimous decision win.

Alexis Davis defeats Sarah Kaufman by submission (armbar) at 1.52mins of Rd2

Wow, big win for Alexis Davis here to get her first win over Kaufman in their trilogy fight. In the first round it was Kaufman who had the upper-hand in the striking battlen and Davis was quickly wearing the damage from that on her face. However, in the second Davis was able to get the fight to the mat and was threatening with a triangle choke attempt. Kaufman stacked her close to the cage, but Davis changed to an armbar attempt and went belly-down with it. Kaufman could barely move her arm to tap and the referee wasn’t in a good spot to see it, so she had to endure a few more seconds in this painful position before the fight was finally stopped.

Chad Laprise defeats Bryan Barberena by unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28 x2)

Competitive battle on the feet here, but Laprise largely edged the action, mixing up his punches and kicks throughout. Credit to Barberena though who was pushing his way into the fight as it progressed and looked the brighter of the two in the final five minutes.

Olivier Aubin-Mercier defeats David Michaud by submission (rear-naked choke) at 3.24mins of Rd3

Aubin-Mercier tried to secure a rear-naked choke submission in the first round of his fight with Michaud, but was unsuccessful. In the second round it was more of a striking battle as both men tasted the others power, but then in the third Aubin-Mercier brought the fight back to the mat and finally locked in that rear-naked choke finish.

Nordine Taleb defeats Chris Clements by unanimous decision (30-27 x3)
Valerie Letourneau defeats Jessica Rakoczy by unanimous decision (29-28 x2, 30-27)
Randa Markos defeats Aisling Daly by unanimous decision (30-27, 29-28 x2)
