Takashi Sato TKO’s Jason Witt In Opening Minute At UFC On ESPN 12

Takashi Sato made short work of late replacement Jason Witt tonight at UFC On ESPN 12, dropping him in one of the first exchanges and then finishing the fight soon afterwards with ground and pound strikes.

Round One:

Body kick for Witt. Now an outside leg kick. He targets a punch to the body. Jab and then a piston-like left hand from Sato and Witt drops hard.

Witt still working though, trying to drive back up to his feet looking for a single leg takedown. Sato stuffs it though and then as Witt is back on his knees clocks him with another punch that leaves him turtling up as Sato rains down more punches until the referee’s TKO stoppage at just 0.44mins of the first round.
