3. Roy Nelson – Four ‘Knockout Of The Night’ Bonuses
Heavyweight slugger Roy ‘Big Country’ Nelson also ties in third place with four KO bonuses to his name.
Nelson first off his KO power in his very first official fight in the UFC, pole-axing Brendan Schaub to become the 10th winner of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ reality show. In his very next fight he was at it again, demolishing ‘The Skyscraper’, Stefan Struve. Dave Herman also fell victim to his punches in 2012, as did Cheick Kongo last year.
A further feather in ‘Big Country’s’ cap is that all four of those knockouts came inside the first round!
