Fight Report

Roan Carneiro defeats Kenny Robertson by split decision (28-29, 30-27, 29-28)

Not the most exciting fight with the occasional nice sweep on the mat being about as good as got. There wasn’t a whole lot to choose between the fighters by it’s conclusion, as reflected in the split decision verdict, but it’s Carneiro who just edges it.

Islam Makhachev defeats Chris Wade by unanimous decision (29-28 x3)

Makhachev and Wade waged a technical grappling battle on the mat most of this fifteen minute encounter, with both producing slick transitions and submission attempts, but it was Makhachev who was landing the initial takedowns and also enjoyed the longer spells of control on top to emerge victorious on the scorecards.

Chas Skelly defeats Maximo Blanco by submission (anaconda choke) at 0.19mins of Rd1

Skelly charged at Blanco with a flying kick to the midsection to start the fight, knocking him off-balance, then immediately scrambled for a submission, managing to lock up an anaconda choke that took just a few seconds to send his opponent sleep! wild, highlight-reel win for Skelly.
