4. Is Donald Cerrone ready for a title shot?
Not quite yet. Granted, that was probably one of, if not the best cowboys we have ever seen, but he has a few loses on his record that he might like another date with. He likes to stay active and he likes to fight. A revenge tour might be fun. Chuck Liddell went on one and had trilogy with Couture ,and thoroughly beat Jeremy Horn, but just couldn’t best Quinton Jackson. Aside from a fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov, he should show us how much he has improved and beat one or more from the list of Diaz, Dos Anjos, Benson, or Pettis if he loses to Gilbert Melendez. With the division so tight rematches are inevitable and Donald should start the first round. Stay active and unclog the lightweight division and he will be ready for his chance to be champion.
